Where are you located?
Our office for in-person sessions is at Suite 204 at 595 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON, K1K 4L2. Brent also offers services virtually using the secure Jane App video service. Brent is able to support clients located anywhere in Ontario.
Do you do direct billing?
No. The receipt will be sent through the Jane App secure portal for the family to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
What are your fees?
The fee is $195.00 per 50 minute session. Although my services are not covered by OHIP, most extended health benefit plans cover psychotherapy by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please confirm with your provider. Additionally, fees may be claimed as an allowable medical expense on your income taxes.
What age groups do you work with?
Brent works with children, teens, young adults and parents. Brent offers family therapy. However, Brent does not offer couple’s therapy.
How do I log into my virtual appointment through the Jane App?
You will receive an email with login information to sign up for the Jane App. You will be able to sign in through their secure portal to access the video link 30 minutes prior to your session with Brent.
